I don`t like this film... This is "the film for little babys". But I must at first to say ybout actors.
Mithun. How always, he is SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So young and nice boy. And he dances also wonderful!!!!! Of course, I haven`t words to describe his role play.
Kim. Earlier I didn`t like her. She was my unfavorite actress - I thought she isn`t beautiful, she can`t dance, she can`t to play her role good etc. But now... now I find her very beauty. Kim has nice hair, eyes. She is how the top-model.
Geeta Siddarth. In "Disco dancer" she was the mother of Mithun. My favorite mother in Bollywood (Sarla Yeolkar in "Dance Dance" too). Geeta looks how a good mother and with her "son" Mithun was also good.
Karan Razdan... oooohhh!!!!!! Ugly, crazy... and funny. When I see his "dances" I laugh. "Disco dancer"! Oh, my God!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Om Puri. He played the role of Mithun`s producer. Was good.
Om Shivpuri - wicked man, the father of Kim and Karan, enemy of Mithun. Yes, he was bad! He was very-very-very bad...
Rajesh Khanna (Raju-chacha/uncle Raju) - an uncle of Mithun. They say what Rajesh can`t dance, but I don`t think. He can good dance!
About film. You all know this film, I think. In the childhoord of Jimmy (Mithun) one rich man called Oberoi (Om Shivpuri) said about him und his mother Radha (Geeta): "You are burglar!" "I shall revenge oneself upon him!" said Jimmy.
Jimmy is tapori*, but he dreams to be a disco star. Now this is... a son of Oberoi, named Sam (Karan). His pair on scene and in life is Nicky (Kalpana), a daughter of his producer Mr. Brown (Om Puri).
But Sam and Mr. Brown had quarrel, Brown went away. He looks for a new dancer. And finds him - this is Jimmy...
Rita (Kim), the daughter of Oberoi, was Jimmy`s friend in his childhood. But now she doesn`t know what this Jimmy is her little friend, and shouts to him: "Go away, tapori!" But Jimmy dances and dances. And winns.
But a band of Oberoi beats Jimmy, a new superstar of disco... Rita remembers Jimmy, and begins to be his girl-friend. Jimmy takes her in his house, and in this moment Sam begins to drink wine. Ein bandit (Bob) advices Oberoi to kill Jimmy. He gives him a guitar with 5.000 Volt. But this hears Nicky! She tells all Radha... The bandi kills Nicky, and Radha dies also - she takes this guitar...
Jimmy is so, so sad. He is afraid of guitar (because when Radha took this guitar, she died), and says: "No, I shall not dance and sing!" Oberoi`s band beats him and breaks his legs. Jimmy is in hospital, but soon he gets well.
...Soon is "The International Competition of Disco Dancers". But Jimmy doesn`t want to sing. Rita tooks him on scene and sings him "Jimmy Aajha" ("Jimmy, come!"), but he says "No". Rita shouts: "I hate you, Jimmy!", runs away and cries.
And comes... Jimmy`s uncle Raju (Rajesh). He sings him and shouts: "No, you will sing!" And Jimmy sings. But the murders with revolvers come also and kill Raju...
And Jimmy revengs himself for mother and uncle. He kills Oberoi and his band...

Geeta is super; Kalpana is only a nice girl (in Bollywood are thousands girls who are "how she"); Kim is one of my favorite actresses (now)...
Music of my favorite Bappi Lahiri is - !!!!!!!!!!!!! I advise you to hear. But... the film is sometimes "childish" and boring. That`s all.
